Truly Fae

My second use of my lovely new equipment, and my first full-scale painting all-fired attempt at color. I like the way it came out, but I can't shake the nagging feeling that there's something wrong. As such, any and all critisisms are appreciated - hurt me!

This faerie is the embodiment of everthing I see faeries as - pretty, dainty and obnoxious as nothing should ever be. The faerie is based in large part on the fae work of one Mr. Elsevilla ( [link] ) who does some truly intriguing character design.
